The sound is high quality but this is clearly an older product. You get a single no-copy no-mod prim containing a set of no-copy no-mod sounds and with no redelivery options it's a matter of -when- you lose it rather than if. The options for volume and range are poor and revolve around adjusting the literal physical shape of the prim rather than arguments applied to the sound script itself. Even in a modest 60 x 60 set piece at the largest size and loudest setting you struggle to hear it. The policy page on their website mentions a copy version is available on request but the request form is gone and so is the in world store and the owner says they are no longer offering multi-perm editions. This also likely means that there's no product support of any kind.
You are better off buying or ripping a sound from somewhere else and taking the hour or so to learn how to write a looping sound script yourself. It isn't difficult and you'll be left with a product that you as a sim, event, or set designer will actually be able to use for your projects.
Give this product, and entire store, a wide berth. It's been left to rot and you needn't disturb the corpse.
