The bumper cars should already appear. If you still want to move the arena, simply delete the rezzed bumper cars and if the arena is in the right place, just click on the rezz box.

Control:
The bumper cars are controlled with the arrow keys.
When all the avatars have left the bumper car, it automatically returns to its starting location.
