Ava Waterfall Jungle Island fits a 1024 parcel. On land or water, it is 119LI. As a skybox, it is 123LI which includes the platform and border screen. The screen is invisible on the outside.
You get the lush green tall trees and green foliage. Also included are a couple of toucans and the sound of birds and rushing water.
I have set aside a space for a camp or a hut, or what ever you else you want to set up there.
You can mod and copy, but not transfer. It is mesh except for the platform, screen and pebble base.
