Before you give me a poor rating, please try one of the freebie physics layer products. If that works, and mine does not, drop me a notecard, and I will refund double your money.
If my product doesn't work for you, and neither does the freebie, the reason may not be the physics layer, but could be caused by viewer settings or something else.

Enhanced Avatar Physics Layers for Classic and Mesh Avatars
If you want avatar physics to add to the realism of your AV, this item may be just what you need.
• 6 separate physics layers: from barely moving (1) to obviously no bra (6).
• Breast motion only: butts just don't wobble like that, even in Sir Mix-A-Lot videos.
• Subtle realistic motion: these are not designed to make body parts fly all over.
Unfortunately, avatar physics may behave differently depending on your shape, your viewer settings, how laggy the sim is, and what your AV is doing.
To overcome these differences, this package includes 6 physics layers with varying degrees of bounce and jiggle: from least, with Layer 1, to most, with Layer 6. Here are some guidelines to help you choose which layer will work best:
Layer 1: Very laggy sim, or energetic solo dancing. In fast sims, this layer may not cause any noticeable motion.
Layer 2: Laggy sim, or couples dancing, or wearing an attachment on or near the breasts (since attachments don't move).
Layer 3: Busy sim if your AV isn't moving around very much. I wear this one most of the time.
Layer 4: Unlagged sim, or you want a little more jiggle.
Layer 5: Only a few in the sim, or you are feeling naughty today!
Layer 6: Lots of wiggling if you move at all. Don't dance in this or you may endanger bystanders. :)
In general, if the sim is laggy, or you are moving more quickly, use a lower numbered layer.

After trying these, even the 5 or 6 barely have motion, so having to 'be careful' really doesn't mean much at all. Now it wasn't like I was looking for balloons, but when even I can't tell if I am wearing them or not, something is wrong.
NOW in the defense of the maker, it MIGHT be because my breasts are NOT large. I only use a 20-45 on the scale of size, so maybe this smaller size means they will not move as intended. Just keep in mind they may not move for you.

Mine are set to 4 and fetch admiring comments ... nicer girls might prefer level 2 or 3. xD
