It does work with BOM Layers. Since the creator didn't reply to the original review, I thought I would give a quick note on how it works.

First, apply the first texture to your avatar. It WILL knock off your BOM legacy skin. No worries, what it did was apply the freckles to the Styles appliers in your Legacy Edit hud.

Second: Re-activate your BOM Layer on the Legacy Edit hud. Your freckles will show.

Third: Click the 3 bars menu button on your Edit > Styles hud, Then hit the 4th icon from the left. You will see the new applier there. Repeat with the other colors in the package.

It's a pretty good looking set. Pretty heavy coverage if you are wanting something other than perfect flawless skin.

Does not work with BOM

This applier removes BOM from the body so either needs to apply with a layer that works with BOM or supplied with BOM layers otherwise not fit for purpose.
