100% Straight Sloped Awning Kit Fully Textured Builders Kit

This kit has been specifically designed to be as low prim as possible and have a high LOD (Level Of Detail) at High, Mid & Low graphic settings, so they won't disappear or deform when you move away from them like many sculpted versions do. They have a highly realistic look with very low prim land impact and the pack includes Shadow Bake and High Detail Tintable Textures so you can set them to any color you want.

The kit includes a plain 1 prim awning and striped 1 prim awnings that are made of 2 separate prim faces so you can easily color each separate prim face to whatever color you want to get that 2 tone stripe effect. Some of the awnings also have a plain single color valance on the edge so that you can add lettering if needed.
The awnings also have optional support struts and a wall housing along the top edge. (see pics) and you can simply use stretch if you need to adjust the angle of the awning slope.

PLUS: Optional Wall Housing & Support struts which raise land impact by 1 when linked.
