Rigged mesh does not resize, you also can't change it's position on your body.

!!!!For M3 anime mesh head from utilizator!!!!

For normal view hair with M3 head you need to make bigger your head in avatar appearance (edit shape-Head-Head size) after it you can edit your M3 mesh head and make it a little bit smaller.

Viewers:
For the correct display of the product you should use viewer that supports mesh.
