Holo Sign Magic Sign Maker
Never worry again about signs being angled so that people cannot see them from the sides!
Azn's Holo Sign Magic Sign Maker makes the sign always point at the viewer. No matter which angle from the sign you are, it still faces you straight-on.
Press Ctrl + Alt + T to toggle transparent viewer mode. The sign prim will change from invisible to red.
1) Drag a texture onto face 0 of the prim. The easiest way is to use the build editor and drag a texture into the texture window, on the Texture tab, setting all sides of the prim at once.
2) Edit the sign prim and adjust the size as needed. (Use Local editing mode so you can see which axis is x and y. This will be apparent by looking at the prim. Minimum dimension is 0.03125 meters. Maximum is 4 meters.
Toggle invisible mode off by pressing Ctrl + Alt + T again, and you are all finished!
3) Set Full Bright, in the build editor, to on or off, whichever setting you prefer. Wait up to 5 seconds for it to update with the new setting.
Optionally, you can put a "start color" on prim side 0, and an "end color" on side 5 (The opposite side.) and the color of the sign will change gradually from start to end, and then snap to start again, every 5 seconds.
QUICK NOTES:
Sign texture is set by placing a FULL PERM texture on face 0.
Sign size is set by prim size: x=width & y=height.
Minimum dimension is 0.03125 meters. Maximum is 4 meters.
Start color is face 0 color. End color is face 5 color.
Memory use (8 kb) and script time (0.0001 ms when idle) of the Holo Sign script is extremely low, but if you do not intend to make further changes on the sign, you can delete the Holo Sign script.
