For things like these there should be Demos. Face shapes vary so widely, I found facestraps are one of the hardest things to fit, especially when wearing shorter hair that doesn't cover up clipping issues at the neck. Fitting at the neck usually means it's way too wide on the front yadda yadda, after 20 mins I found a pos and size that worked, and it looks great :)
