★ Introduction

· Realistic floating & following physical effects
· Balloon placed from holder with menu
· Balloon size and leash length can be adjusted
· Give & take away (any leash holder with LockMeister)
· Permission systerm

★ How to play
1. In a sim or region that allows rez
2. Add [B&A] Balloon Holder & Rezzer (ADD)
3. Touch the raised hand to get the menu, select the balloon you want, and the balloon will be automatically placed and tied to the hand.

★ Advanced
■ What you can do:
· Adjust the length of the rope to adjust the size of the balloon. Adjust them all by touching the menu on the hand, or adjust each one individually by touching the balloon.
· Drag them to walk, run, and jump~~
· Release! Let them fly (touching a free balloon will re-tie it to the hand).
· If you drag and place the balloon directly from the inventory, touch to tie it to the hand.
· Give the balloon to a friend.
· Tie the balloon to an object.

■ What your friends can do:
· If your friend has already added any leash holders, or give "[B&A] Balloon Holder (ADD)" to your friend, let them add it.
· Touch your hand to set public permissions in the menu. Friends will be able to touch and take the balloon from you.
