Nice, but not what I was expecting
I thought "customize with your own text" meant it was scripted to automatically display text like other SL chalkboards. But it seems this one needs re-texturing to have your own text displayed on the chalkboard. You might want to clarify that in the AD.
Still, it's a really lovely piece.
