The stable has a 50x40m foot print and a 3m base for easy placement on any terrain. And comes in a rez faux box.
The stable is 202 LI. The extras like hay, buckets wheelbarrow etc give it a serious rL feel.
The large loft has plenty of room to store your equipment. Or for the serious horse lover enough room to make it an excellent home, that way you can be near your animals.
Stable has 7 stalls and a training pen. This makes the unit great as a rental or part of a business.
One of my customers turned the barn into a Country and Western Club. They removed the stalls and added stores in the loft and the bottom floor and made the training area a dance floor. It was totally awesome.
