Full disclosure here. I am a close friend of this creator, but I really felt the need to write a review on this one without Dannon even knowing that I was. This look is absolutely incredible!! You know it hit me just right when it made me go out and buy a new head and body just to have it. ( this woman is breaking my bank!!) You get everything you need, shape, style card for skin/kair Eyebrow shape, and incredible customer service!.I know this because I cant tell you how many times our own plans get put on hold while she patiently walks someone else on how to use BOM..lol You are truly doing yourself a disservice by looking elsewhere for a better looking shape.
