Markhan MA-47 ‘Lightning Gun’

Features:
- Contains both gun and side holster.
- Multiple holding animations.
- Both gestures and HUD for easy draw/sheath and to switch animation.
- Easily resizable for smaller avatars (might not fit petites).
- Note, this gun is not designed to actually shoot; it is a roleplay prop only.

Roleplay Mechanics:
The Lightning gun is powered by a rechargeable battery, which triggers an energy converter within the main body to generate a tiny lightning bolt against an insulated plate within the barrel. The resulting shockwave propels the ammunition towards the target, while the copper heat-sinks dissipate the remaining head and charge safely.
It operates like a single action revolver. Cocking the weapon primes the power cell, and then the trigger fires the lightning bolt, and disables the cell, rendering the weapon safe once more.
This is not a gun designed for rapid shooting, but more for power and range.

- Gun comes with both the fully extended and collapsed stock versions.
- Single holding animation.
- Both gestures and HUD for easy draw/sheath.
- Easily resizable for smaller avatars (might not fit petites).
- Note, this gun is not designed to actually shoot; it is a roleplay prop only.

Roleplay Mechanics:

It operates like a bolt action rifle. The trigger activates the power cell, which fires the lightning bolt and shoots the gun. The bolt action then clears the chamber of any bullet cases or other debris, and then rearms the power cell for use.
This is not a gun designed for rapid shooting, but more for power and range.

Not a bad little set

I usually don't buy without a demo but I needed a steampunky handgun in a hurry so I decided to take a risk. This weapon, or should I say these weapons because you get a carbine and a pistol included in the price, are decently made and modifiable so you can make them fit. The handgun works well with the HUD--'Draw', 'Sheath', 'Change Animations' but the carbine wasn't as good as all you can do is 'Draw' and 'Sheath' but there are no animation changes--'Draw' has only one pose, and it is a fairly decent one, with the rifle held across the body. Oh, and please note that the weapons are not scripted to actually fire, they are for RP only, but that is OK by me as the description doesn't mention firing--or not-- anyway and I really wasn't intending to shoot anyone, I just like scaring them a little :) All in all a nice little duo that is worth the 4 stars ... I would have given 5 stars if the carbine had a couple more animations.
