I bought this for a build I am doing but the permissions were not set correctly. I left an unfavorable review not expecting any response. When I logged on today, I had a new item with corrected perms in my received items folder. Thank you tray Bikergrrl for the quick response and getting the problem corrected. I gave it a 4 star because of the initial problem, but the customer service deserves it's separate 5 star rating.
