It is a single object rez. No rezzer included, but comes with instructions on how to edit and lower prims if needed or wanted. The reason it's a single object rez is to keep down lag and because the build is intended to be used in it's entirety.
Can be used as a base to add more to it for whatever, or can be used as is.
