I have about a dozen homes like this that cost from 50L to 300L and this one is my favorite. The furniture is modern and very ddetailed. It's not full or useless items that eat up prims and the outside fits almost any modern style sim.
My only complaint is the no mod. I'd like to take the fish tank out and place my TV in that spot, but other than that it's perfect.
LOVE IT! You will love anything you buy from this talented lady. I have several of her houses and use them as skyboxes or on the ground, unique and gorgeous.
I use this as my main store... When I FIRST placed it out, I had a problem.. contacted the maker and together we fixed the problem.. AWSOME customer service.. awsome building.. really really works well as a shoppe and would be as functional as ones personal domicile.
