After far too long, and as originally envisaged, the BF Telescopes now have a clamshell dome to house them!
The dome has an access door (purely decorative) which opens and close on touch. You can open and close the telescope dome clamshells by touch, or allow the telescope start and stop to open and close the dome.
Similar to other pieces in the BF Telescope range, the dome contains a modifiable "channel" notecard in case you want to use multiple telescope/dome combinations close to each other. Make sure all channel notecards agree between all co-operating pieces. To disable the clamshell opening and closing on telescope start and stop, you can set the channel number to something not in use, or you can just manually open the dome before sitting (which is sensible for the Newtonian).
