Featuring a spacious floating deck that creates space to your outdoors. Cleats provide a spot to moor your boat, rustic railings, 3 tropical island gardens, animated seagull, welcome mat, draped towel, and automatic day/night lights. All items can be moved around freely to be customized to your taste.
This item does not texture change but can be modified in edit window with select face to use Linden textures.
A rez box has bee added for quick placement.
