"I CAN'T SEE MESH!!" You must ask yourself, are you running a mesh viewer? While most Second Life viewers run mesh these days, please make sure you are updated to the latest viewer.
Sometimes mesh, especially in crowded areas does want to spawn at all. So you may have to either go to a less crowded sim or restart your viewer entirely. Sometimes cache clearing may help as well.
