My favourite hat thank you

The owner of the store is very nice and she fixed a small issue quickly. Customer service aside, the hate itself would work better if it was rigged. I know it's advertised as being unrigged, but the back partof the hat clips into your back. The creator is aware, but doesn't know how to rig. Customer service I give an A, but actual product I have to give a C.
