RESIZER NOT WORKING!

The glasses look great out of the box, but the resizer script seems to break the glass. Tried contacting the merchant but didn't receive any reply. BND products are undoubtedly great, but the customer service is poor.

I love this set of glasses just as much as excited I was when unpacking them..But the box just gave me a landmark,no glasses at all.Care to resend,please?
