Love
Gorgeous!
More then just beautiful
It has everything, elegance, beauty,etc.. you need to have a look to really appreciate the details. Words cannot really describe it :)
OMGosh what can I say but excellent! ...Botha? You, my friend, are a Wizard :-)
*looks for a sixth star to click* ....
Hi! I had this in my faves for a few weeks while I shopped hundreds of other more expensive Marketplace houses. Ugh, all that wasted time! I finally took a moment to go look at Botha's In World store and......WHAM! It's the home I had been dreaming of all along.
Unbelievable that it's only 72 prims. Plus, it's super elegant with magnificent texturing, and shows SO well on my grouch old antique viewer with it's low graphics. I can only imagine how beautiful it would be with a newer computer :-)
Adjustments: I'm the kind who can't leave well enough alone. I wanted even more 'open air', so I unlinked the 7 beautiful glass doors and took them back into inventory for later use (a shame, but I tend to run in to doors and get stuck a lot) Now I can move about freely without ever fumbling in corners again....*sheepish grin*
The fireplace in my version didn't show very well so I took away the flames & logs. I wanted to use another old fave fireplace anyway.
The windows are a lovely color but if you're like me, and have a weird sunset, all glass (on any home I use) looks a sickly green. You can tint these any color and even make them more or less translucent, depending on your taste.
The real beauty of this home is that it's not TRYING to be anything special, it just IS. You can decorate it austere uber modern, or go totally Old World, and both are believable with this build.
I highly recommend you go see his In World Store, and take time to explore all the homes he offers. Sergio, thank you SO much for building the home of my dreams! Also, thank you for sending me the replacement of the Beach Hut I messed up after having it for only 5 minutes. That was cool of you to do :-)
(BTW, and for those taking the time to read down this far in my 'mini-novel' review, by taking away a few doors and the fireplace the structure turns out to be 61 prims. A bonus for someone who's prim-challenged like me)
