[BOO!]

A cute and multi-purpose building I used to use for a club and bar called "On The Fence". It has plenty of rooms, allowing you to use it as a venue and corner shop with apartments up the fire escape.

This building is as simple as dragging and dropping in world, then positioning to fit your needs.

* Note: Road, trees and terrain not included.

Though the walls weren't originally designed for modding, I have included the textures in a separate prim for those of you who enjoy breaking things.
