These terminals help log everyone who pays the fee to reserve a booth for your event without having to check your transactions for fee payments.

I provide three looks to the terminals, but all are scripted to do the exact same thing. If you need both 'Sponsor booths' and 'Regular booths' for your event, it's best to rez out those two types of terminals, but if you just need one, just rez out 'Booth Reserve Terminal'.

Once rezzed, please touch the terminals and give them permission to take linden dollars. This is essential so that the script can refund any double reserve purchases, non-group members(optional), and for split profit(optional). This script is safe, there are NO hidden payments!

After accepting permission, you should now have an Owner menu pop-up, which you can access any time by touching the terminal. The Owner menu will always display the terminal stats at the top. Those stats show how many booths are left to reserve, how many booths have already been reserved, the fee amount to reserve a booth, prim usage allowed per booth, if group mode is enabled or not, and if hovertxt is enabled or not.

Below I will provide information on what each button in the menu does:

1. Go Offline/Online: This button toggles the payment system, so you can halt booths from being reserved, but it does not reset the data that is stored.

2. Reservees: This button will give you the Reservees Menu, where you can check the list of users who have paid their booth fee and remove them if needed.

3. Group: This button toggles group mode, which means if you want members of a certain group to be able to reserve a booth, you can enable this. In Edit Mode, you must set the terminals group that you want to be used. You can do so by right-clicking the terminal, select Edit, then change the group from the General Tab.

4. Hovertxt: This button toggles the hover text above the terminal that shows booth stats and fee amount.

5. Admin: This button will allow you to give administrator rights to one other user. An admin is able to set price, set booth quantity, set prim usage, manage and view reservees, reset booths, and turn the terminal offline/online.

6. Price: This button lets you set the price to reserve a booth.

7. Prims: This button lets you set the prim usage for each booth. Does not check prim usage, only informs usage allowed.

8. Booths: This button lets you set the amount of booths available to reserve.

9. Split Profit: This button will give you the Split Profit Menu, where you can add or remove users you want to split the reserve fee profits with.

10. Reset: This button allows you to reset all booths back to being available and clears out any saved users who reserved a booth. A warning is given, before this is accepted.

11. Close [X]: Pretty much self-explanatory. You will be clicking on this one a lot... ;)

If you have any issues with these terminals, please contact Kavon Chrome before leaving a review, thank you!

A Must for hosting an Event Fair
full star full star full star full star full star Posted September 23, 2021 by Faith Fromund

Arranging a quarterly fair and this booth reservation machine is the BOMB! It has three versions for Sponsor, Regular, and just a general terminal. You can set the pricing/prim and you're able to add individuals for partner splits! FANTASTIC! Perfect for my Twiztid Sizta and I. Happy with the price too. The machines themselves are resizable. I'm a rather small sized avi and I have to say that the size of the terminal upon rez is a pretty realistic size. Thanks for not making it for those that are 10 feet tall and making it resizable. :) Thanks for this!!!
