These 12 hats appear to be multiple instances of the same basic hat, but in different colours. (I have not checked all of them). As the hat is full perms you could colour them and make different versions for yourself anyway. Indeed it is a pretty simple thing and something you could make with a bit of building. Three prims, no sculpts involved. Useful as a little building lesson.
Full perms? Yes, I feel I should verify that indeed they are, but it is necessary to say this because this seller states on several of his items the following:
"All my items are nearly free, copy and transfer!" I should point out that this is not true of all his items, but he seems to list the perms accurately in general.
