It's the largest house I've ever owned

Very suitable for my beach side parcel. I mod the rear end (with swimming pool) a bit to allow easy access to the beach.

This place is so beautiful.

All the rooms are large, there are lots of windows, textures are sharp. And I know you're thinking it's kinda blocky looking on the outside but you're gonna spend all your time inside and it's stunning. The best thing is that it's also mod so you can change wall colors and add windows and whatever you need. The basic paint plan is a dark grey which is actually a nice neutral to work with, it makes everything you put on the walls really stand out. Once I saw it in-game I had to have it. Biggest purchase I've made and I don't regret it.
