Hooded robe with sash. You can ware the robe without hood. Red and Black for robe colors. Material texture used.

The rigging around the thighs could be a bit better, as far as looks go though, it's great!
Certain animations will make it look like you have short legs and a really long torso, or cause a good amount of clipping around the thighs if you're not wearing an alpha on your legs. Besides that though, everything else looks pretty great. Plenty of detail, and good textures.
