tintable means you can change the base and unit to the color of your choice im guessing but dont quote me lol but yes i love it and im buying more as im typing this, I CANT EXPLAIN THESE UNITS, TRUST ME WHEN I TELL YOU THE ONES I REVIEW ON ARE THE RL DEAL
