The Auction House was designed as one of the first creations on Secondlife for breedable auction purposes.
The structure is been established in neutral colors, though making it elegant and a very detailed build.
OUTSIDE
---------
On the outside we have gravitated the windows to pull attention to the center where the entrance consisting of 2 automatic sliding doors (with sounds!) are positioned. At the sides and the back on the outside we have let go our imagination by using our special led plates which glow up in the dark. Also we implemented skywindows in the roof to create a relaxing "open" atmosphere when you are inside the structure.
INSIDE
--------
When entering the structure it just breathes elegance and your attention will be drawn to the backwall which will hold your auction board and/or the position of the auctioneer behind the stand. At the entrance on both sides there are small walls positioned which can hold your informationstands or votestation etc. Behind those is on each side a large indoor planter installed including vegitation to make the environment natural and comfy. On both sides there are pillars with sculpted plants installed also and we kept the walls pretty much empty for you so you can place your advertisement and/or info boards. The auction stage is positioned in the back and is ready to go for auction including 35 auction crates. We have fitted 56 chairs which all rezz seperate from eachother so each chair works independant! For lighting up your auction house we installed our known lightcontrols with menu which can be set to be accessed by owner only, group or everyone and will command the 3 light fixtures at both sides and 4 light fixtures in the ceiling. You can choose light intensity and almost unlimited colors!
What you see is what you get, that means everything on the picture is included in the shop package plus...everything is included in the rezzbox so placing the shop with everything in and around it is very easy, just with 1 click!

There were a few people trying to copy my builds and sell on XstreetSL or inworld and were reported by customers and me and warned by LindenLab. This tells me my builds are good of taste and design if they take the effort to try to copy in all details...or maybe its just a lack of their own inspiration. However im releasing this build as from today 15 May 2010 as unique and one of a kind, including the IP rights.
