BSH - Boathouse Version mody copy

Simple mesh boathouse. 74 prim.

Enough space for a simple motorboat. Possibly not enough space for sailing boats: from the lower pier to the ceiling is 7.3 meter.
Two floors in the living area and narrow stairs.

This Boathouse is so cheap because it has too many prims (in my humble opinion).
But some people already wanted to buy it from me, so I decided to sell it here too. Have fun!
