BST Rainbow Script
Drop the script in the desired prim. The script has 7 preset colors. It will change between the colors, using smooth transformation from one color to an other. The transformation is done in 20 steps, so it looks realy smooth.
The rate of change can be set, using the owner menu. Click the object that contains the script. A menu will appear with 7 buttons to set the speed (2,3,5,7,10,15,30). The speed is the duration to go from one color to an other.
A other option is to change colors in line. This means that the color's have a steady patern. You could set them random, by clicking the according button. The random color setting sets the colors in the preset list random. It makes sure that the next color is not the same as the previous, since this would make the script look like it is lagging out for several seconds.
On default, the time is set to 3 seconds and the sequence is set to IN LINE.
Make sure the script is running. If not, edit the object you put the script in, then select TOOLS on the top menu of your windownd select "SET SCRIPTS TO RUNNING IN SELECTION" (last but one in the list)
