[BW] AR5 - Assault Rifle Version 1.0

Aesthetics - 6/10
Like all BW weapons, the models are pretty well made, and their ability to give it your own texture in some parts is a sweet touch. but they have that VERY grainy look in some places as if the textures were low resolution, which really let the weapon down. If BW actually made the textures either higher res, or even split the texturing in their mesh models, they will truly shine above the competition.

Performance - 9/10
This is no issue with any BW weapon, performance is exceptional even under laggy conditions, but it does eventually fail under extreme/critical conditions, which prevent it from being considered perfect. Dont let this put you off though, under nearly every other situation, I would not choose anything else.

Sounds - 8/10
Sounds are great, unfortunately the reload does not match well with the animation (but they use the same animation for almost every weapon) other than that, firing sounds are thankfully not just a semi loop that some weapon manufacturers do. Keep it up.

Animations - 2/10
BW seem to use these animations for almost every gun they make, and unfortunately, they arent that great. they are very basic and they do the job... but they dont match the weapon, which is a real let down. As far as I am aware they do not have an animator, but if they get one who will make them for each of their guns rather than use the same one for every weapon they make, it will really do justice for them. THANKFULLY you do have the option turn off their animations and use your own separate animations.

Overall - 4/5
A very affordable weapon and looks decent, but the place where this shines the most is it's performance. You will be hard pressed to find any other weapon that will outperform BW in general. So if you don't care too much for the low res grain or the poor animating (which you can fix by turning them off and use your own separate AO), this is a very exceptional weapon that you will be very pleased with.
