The back rooms is not exactly a place most people try to enter. But if you do, you'll have yourself a modular builds set. This set includes:
*Mesh ceiling lights.
*Modifiable scripts to make lights blink and flicker
*Each part (wall, floor, light) is 1LI each.
*Textures, shine and bump maps
*Sound Effects
The "Sky box" provided is only 5 LI or 7LI (better ceiling)
The hallway in the preview image was only 13 LI

Not the biggest fan of level 0 but you can't deny its the most iconic part of the backrooms lore. And its here for free!
