This is a one bedroom and bath summer home. perfect for the beach or just a get away
All the furniture has sit poses, ceiling fans, typing pc desk, and room to grow on the front deck to add what you like.
I am adding some outdoor furniture for you to use if your like, the window have a texture control in them 4 different window styles..close/half open/open and 3/4 open.
It copy/mod/ no transfer
fits on 25 x 30 footprint

Inside the sales box is a height gage
Place this gage ( blue prim)...in the ,middle of where you want the house to be...place the rez box on top of it and then rez there house
when you like it.( make sure the rez box is square with SL. hit save and take the rez box back,,,
the house is fully furnished and is only 88 prims

I have been asked many times why my builds are so cheap, Well i just build for fun, not wanting to be rich in sl, all my builds are made from my heart. not to gouge your wallet :) There as good as the most expensive ones :)
