Ballet dance HUD Version 1.2

I like the majority of the animations, but some are just awful and like are sliding on the ground, looks terrible. A lot of them are very nice though. It says in the notecard that comes with it that I should be able to make my down notecard for the hud with a list of dances, but either wearing the hud, or rezzing it on the ground, it won't let me add a notecard to it. For the price of 50L$ well I guess you get what you pay for, it's decent, could be better. 3 stars for the disappointment in being able to add custom notecard.

Its good the HUd...

Some of the animations are shaky. As having trained in ballet, I can see some of the flaws but others might not notice. Like in the turns, this is definitely not for pointe because ballerina is not on top of her box. Also, no proper spot turning. But see if you have not really trained in ballet, you would not notice these things. Some animations are just not usable but for the price I guess it is alright.

I like the hud graphically, scripted very well, and unless you don't like the product you can always use the good animations on an AO as stands even if all animations are no copy so if you will move them in an ao or an other dance hud you will not have them in this hud anymore, but this is not a bad/good thing, it depends from personal needs. ;) However there are some bad things on it.

The bad: some animations skate like the dancer is dancing on ice, some animations have vibrating legs, i mean the legs have some instant shots on some animations, and some have feet not moving correctly, i have noticed this problems on 7 animations.

The good: 11 of 18 animations work just fine, and if you don't like to have those 7 bad animations and or the hud itself you can always put the animations you like in an other dance hud, or use them on an ao as stands, I have not noticed deforming on any of the animations, but it can depend on the physic form of your avatar's body, and the price is very cheap, 50 L$ for however 11 good animations and a good scripted hud. :)

The animation are shaky and some of the animations are just not positioned correctly (e.g. there is a dance done almost entirely on your heels with toes up). There must be a shape or body that's different than mine if people are saying these are fluid.

But the good, this is 50L and for that price it's a good little package if you're not picky or can hide some of the flaws in the animations. I would recommend it for a budget purchase in a pinch.

I do see a minor distortion of the Maitreya mesh body in the dance. I do like the fluid motion, not jerky at all. I do see the minor shaking of the positioning of the avatar. These are minor flaws. I have spent thousands of lindens on things I threw away. For 50L and a fun time with friends this is a great party HUD. So for 20 cents, what is wrong with this? Come on people this is a great little dance HUD.
