You are looking at the high detail low land impact 100% Mesh Bandit 570 Fisherman.

Although SL offers tons of tricks to bypass the old 32 prim limits these days, they all have severe drawbacks, most noticeably is LAG. Since every bit on your screen is rendered by your computer locally you don't have to be a computer wizard to understand that the lighter the vehicle is on your computer and the second life servers, the better it will perform. By using state of the art CAD design and advanced building techniques we succeeded to keep the Bandit 570 under 32 prim land impact.

The Bandit 570 has it all, full walkable physics, fully furnished cabin, loads of details and animated parts, and no hidden agenda or small print, no clumsy "rez this part, then wear an other and loose it all on the first sim crossing", no "you can sail an empty shell but the cabin is a separate high land impact part you can only rez when moored" its all there and made in just 32 pe. This means you can keep the boat at any cheap mooring, and don't have to check the land tool to see if you can even rez your boat in the prim limit. The Bandit 570 really is hassle free.

Powered by the lean, low lag, but highly realistic BOSS Dynamic boat engine this boat has great handling, not just on open water, but also in those tight harbors and canals you'd be exploring. Sim crossings are trouble free, and its topped off with realistic effects like a dynamic wake, rocking motion on the waves, cooling water coming from the exhausts, and original engine and nautical sounds. Don't be fooled by people passing off slightly modified car engines as "realistic" in their boats, they simply are not, so you wont find gears, burnouts, skidding and fly mode here. The BOSS engine has been developed solely as an engine for powerboats, much like the BWind is for sailboats, and really takes boating to the next level. Its without a doubt the most advanced powerboat engine available today.

To compliment the realism, all parts that you expect to be working, are working. It has a full interior and exterior lighting system, horn, working gauges, throttles and steering wheels at all three stations, props, rudders, doors and hatches are all fully animated, and even the bed in the master cabin wont disappoint you.

Build into the boat is fully functional GRIDTALKIE™ 2 way radio system that allows you to monitor and hail on the emergency channel used by the SL Coastguard and has a free channel that will be used for future game expansion, but also allows you to talk with other Bandit and Mesh Shop boat owners.

Animations are controlled from a simple menu, when sitting you will default to the helmsman pose on the fly bridge, but you can operate the boat from any spot available. You can move yourself around the boat using the animations menu at all times when seated, also when on the move. You can take three friends along with you on those fishing trips and long summer night cruises, they have access to all animations in the boat with the exception of the three helmsman positions. Animations in the Bandit 570 have been setup with a "real sized" avatar in mind, but can easily be adjusted to fit your shape and size.

Inside, outside and fishing animations are in separate sub menu's, and you will find a sub menu for the synchronized poses in the bed. Since the bed is integrated in the main animation engine, you wont have to unseat/reseat yourself to use it, meaning you can navigate your boat to any spot on the grid that has water and use every feature without the need for rez rights (no pose balls used) and without the risk of the boat being returned to your lost and found since you wont have to stand up.

Among the many features of this boat there are a few build in for future expansion, therefore the boat is SLSA startline compatible in a special tournament mode, that will also unlock a higher top speed and disable your automatic trim.

All MESH parts of the boat are modify for easy re-texturing and coloring, all key textures are included to use as an example for your own work, and there are several transom options included for you to choose from and as inspiration to go and make your own.
