The Bandit International Folkboat is a small, responsive, forgiving keelboat — the kind designed for ordinary sailors who just want to get out on the water. The IF HUD keeps that spirit. It does the fiddly bits for you, so the boat feels as easy to sail as her designers intended.

Wear the HUD, drop the broadcast script onto your boat, raise both sails. Three seconds later autopilot engages itself and the wind sits locked at a comfortable broad reach. Turn anywhere you like; your sails stay full. Heel hard and your avatar hikes out without you touching a key. Want to fly the kite? One tap drops the jib, swings the wind, and snaps speed to max. The HUD knows the spinnaker only likes deep angles, so if you steer too high while it's flying, it'll drop the kite for you before things get exciting.

When you're done sailing, throttle in to your mooring — engine starts itself the moment you tap a throttle position — and click Moor to stop dead. The HUD resets every button to match.

Includes the worn HUD, a small broadcast script that drops into your Bandit IF, and a thorough user guide notecard. The HUD does not modify the boat; remove the broadcast script and the boat is exactly as you bought it.

Not for organised races (event wind overrides personal HUDs). Built for private sailing — lazy afternoons, harbour pottering, and showing off in front of the boathouse.
