Decent build
For 15 land impact it's got a nice amount of detail to it. The exterior of the skybox is black, FYI. The doors are a separate object so theoretically you can remove these to extend it into a larger world.
One of the reviewers said that the skybox looked dark to them and didn't include the lights/shadows as advertised. Obviously this skybox only has prebaked AO and you need to supply your own projector lighting to get these results.
Dark No Shadows
The build is far darker than pictured and does not have the shadows as depicted in the photos for the sun coming through the windows.

Extremely well-made and very low land impact for how good it looks. Absolutely a recommended purchase.
