Bayu Beach House(102LI, 30x33)

Bayu Beach House is a single-storey home. It is a modern home with tropical beach accent. The living, dining and kitchen area are open-concept. The 2 bedrooms are spacious with one having an en-suite while the other has to share with guest:)

The bedrooms look out into the tropical garden and swimming-pool. The living-area opens up onto the covered patio for more living and dining area.

Sun-roofs and uncovered ceilings lends an open an spacious feeling to the house.

I have also added optional tropical landscaping and stepping stones. If you want to further reduce the land impact of the house, you can always unlink the light fixtures:)
