If you are using the official Second Life Viewer or the latest Firestorm (or other 3rd party viewers) then you CAN see PBR - use the V3[PBR] set.
If you use an old viewer and don't want to update, then you CANNOT see PBR - use the V2[LEGACY] set.

I used the PBR version, the textures are beautiful, the result is amazing. Very happy with my purchase.
Warning: you need some building skills and patience to achieve a great result. It won't magically build by itself. You will have to try, and try again, it won't be done in a few minutes. It's mod, so you can adjust things. Be patient, you won't regret it.

I've been using Alex's work in my builds for years. The Sandy Beach V2 set is one of my favorites. Totally thrilled that V2 owners got a free upgrade to V3 which uses 2K PBR materials and adds SO MUCH MORE realism! Keep up the good work, Alex!
Great Product as usual from this Creator but great Customer Service as well
I ran into just a little issue with the waves on this set, and messaged Alex Bader. He responded the very next day instructing on what to do to fix it and even said to let him know if that didn't work. Well it did, so I'm happy with the product. Thanks again Alex Bader
