Old weathered beach cottage. Takes up a footprint of 10 meters by 13 meters. Windows include several choices between an old blue frame (shown), curtains, blinds, and shutters. Door swings open. See in-world at the SLURL below.

The cottage is copy and mod except for the scripts in the windows and doors.
