This is the full and final version of the Watermelon House. A beautiful waterfront (sea or lake side) home that is as happy in a tropical setting as a woodland one. It is a mixture of mesh and prims.
For it's size reasonably low prim at 100 on the nose. However being mod there are features that can be deleted and the basic structure can be paired back to only 55 prims.
footprint is 30 x 26 base. the living area is 20 x 20
Comes packaged in a Rex Faux for easy positioning.
It is quite a big house, with bar, bedroom and kitchen areas. I built and used this house for many years and it gave great pleasure in doing so. I hope that you enjoy it as much as I did.
