Version 2.5 now has 51 prims less and includes auto-closing doors, which close after 15 seconds (or more, depending on your setting)
Sunset Beach Home is modern, stylish, cool on the outside, warm inside, and contains only 14 scripts, therefore ready for the upcoming region script limits. Each scripted piece of furniture contains only 1 script.
Features controlled by graphical control panels:
★Windows: Normal glass or window blinds
★Doors: Allow anybody to use doors, or only added users
★Lights: On and off
★User management: Add, delete and list users (For owner only)
Users can be added and deleted without typing. As for the fireplace(s)...there's no point in controlling non central items from central terminals. Touch the fireplace and it's on, touch again and it's off.. it's that simple.
Rooms:
★1 Living room
★1 Dining room
★1 Office
★1 Kitchen
★1 Bathroom
★2 Bedrooms
Of course how the rooms are used is entirely up to you.
The graphical control panels show the state of each controllable feature, and are used to toggle states. It can hardly be easier.
The house comes with all the furniture you see in it, conveniently packaged into rezzers per room.
The large couches have seats for 5 avatars. Do not unlink the couches because they will break, and do not shift drag them to copy either.
The furniture in total has 377 prims.
Technically the house fits on a 2048 square meter parcel, but if you want to use all the furniture, you are going to need a 4096 square meter parcel, leaving you with 310 prims left, if you used all the furniture.
Dimensions:
Width: 42 meters
Length: 35 meters
Height: variable
Footprint: 1500 square meters
That doesn't look large at all, but there's really a lot of space.

Try It! You will LOVE It!
I purchased this home several months ago (Maybe April/May--not sure) while I was in search for a clean white beach home. When I located this home, I immediately found it unusually different and thought it would fit my taste for "being unique." I view it as an externally uncharacterized home, but internally characterized. The exterior of the home is very clean and void of many details. However, when you enter, you encounter the same "cleanliness" with an uptick of detail and confidence. Each room is meticulously designed with the purchaser in mind; should he/she desires to add to the decorum and vice versa. I have purchased many more homes, this is my most favorite given its uniqueness. Recently, I had a few questions about the home and contacted the builder. I was most impressed with the time he spent responding to my queries and other Second Life-related information. While this house was created in 2010, I think it can become the old/new house that hit the market running; the second time around. Thank you, Mr. Pixel for your gifts! Dancerina4Hm OnPointe---

The Perfect Package
Beautiful home, and especially fun was the furniture package. They thought of everything. I love the light and airy feeling and yet very cozy. The deck is georgeous. A great price for this large home. I couldn't believe it.
