This Beach House is Fully Furnished. The furniture is not attached so you can move it or add your own items. The furniture is no mod but the house itself is. There are many animations in the furniture, the tiki lights work by touch so you can have fire or no fire.
The house fits 512 sqm or larger and is 80 Prim total. With out furniture it is only 26 prim.
This does come in an easy Rez box. If you are not familiar with how Rez boxes work Please read instructions.
Everything is copy in the house so don't worry about if you delete anything, just re-rez the house and it will all be there again.
