This Lighthouse is 35m high for a footprint of 30m x 30m with rocks, plants and very realistic Foam Waves: the Tower is designed to emit Flashing-Light from a system of lamps on/off, is composed by 2 Balconys with detailed textures and menu for sits (only 9 prims).
All items are Copy and modify.. remeber you: NOT resize the mega prims!
This is an "out of Sim" Headlight, perfect complement for your Beach, with very Low prims and many Options: you can rezz the Lighthouse with or without the Little Island and the Foam Waves, but you have also other "Little Island" with tropical plants and Realist Waves for your sea (only 4 prims)! The Light House has in addition 3 Tropical Plants: Bird of Paradise & Agave, 1 prim sculpt each, & Banano flexy, 4 prims!
Menu driven sits, male and female (no poses balls) in the Tower or on the Sandys Beach: first sit and then click on the Light House to get the menu.
