Great work, and fun to "remodel"
I wasn't expecting a lot for L$10, but I had just rented some land and was looking for a low-prim, copy/mod beach house, and thought I'd take a chance. And wow, so happy I did. First, this house is beautifully made, and artfully constructed to be low prim and make good use of mesh. Second, it was amazingly easy to modify -- which is great, not because it needed modifying, but because I love to change and edit even the most perfect objects. Anyway I raised the roof, added a second story, changed textures, and generally had a fantastic time. Great value for me. Lovely house as is without any changes. Or a fun acquisition for anyone who wants to experiment with editing mesh, or someone who just likes to tinker.
