buisness on the beach
I wanted a small house with little prims to use for my business. Having people over and talk business. Then you need a working house with the class people expect. This house gave me all that. and a lot more.
I like it...
Fits my small cheap lot and still left me enough prims to add a few extras. It's got a lot of RP potential, lots of realism. I'll be living here a long time.

Relax on the beach
I needed a little house that i could put on the beach just for me and my girl. This house has all we need. We can sit on the porch and have late night dinner. Poseballs every place you would think it natural. Everything I needed in furniture, even cool art on the walls.
And all this without using almost any prims at all. That's what i call a good deal.

Nice little beach house, my partner really likes the waterfall and fireplace. It has a realistic feel and fits almost anywhere. Amazing to have all the details for only 88 prims!
