Pack your bags and get ready to head to the beach house! The days are warm and breezy and the views are spectacular.
The Beachyhead House is two floors with windows almost on each side for views to the outside and for the light to pour in. It has a large deck in front, which is a great space to decor for relaxation. Two large sliding glass doors open into the house. The doors can be left open so that you have an open floor plan, which makes it great for entertaining.
Immediately to the left are 3 steps down that lead you into another large room.
Next to the stairs is the staircase going up to the second floor that has a small balcony looking down to the first floor.
The second floor has a large bedroom and/or other room. Throughout the house you have a mixture of wood, brick and solid color textures to accentuate the home. Other features included in the home is the glass wall partitions that separates the rooms below and also borders the stairs and the top balcony. Plus the beautiful design in the window at the front of the entrance of the house.

AS soon as i saw it at the main DaD's store I fell in love with the house. It's spacius, open plan, mezzami that leads you to the lower area with steps, huge windows and warm interior of beautiful wood and slate finish. It looks and feels very cozy with small lights around the house. The house fits perfectly on land 32x32 with small resizing touch. love it! Very happy with purchase.

It's pretty big but will fit comfortably in a 64x64 land. Very unique interior and like everyone else, I like the little drop-down area under the second floor. Makes it feel real cozy!

Not sure what I can say that I have never said before about DaD. If you look for quality and fabulous craftsmanship this is the place to be. I have several builds from DaD and each one is of high quality. Great detail that often sets the DaD homes apart from all others. What I like most about this house is the big open door on the first level, open those doors up and let the sunshine in, makes the home seem even bigger than it is. Comfy, Cozy, Perfect.

This home is one of my favorite DaD homes. I have purchased plenty of items from this company and they never fail to amaze me. Keep up the good work! When I seen this house, I knew I needed it for my project and it fits in perfectly. A great add to a beach sim/community.
