We have a sim that is all grass right up to an ocean. We wanted a tropcial theme with a beach. I did a search on the MP and found Bearsfoot Beach Originals. I added this beach at the one end of our sim facing the ocean. wow ... the difference this beach made is just amazing. the details, design and such a natural look is a must for anyone that needs or wants a beach on their property. The beach itself is two colors the color of dry sand and a colored areas of wet looking sand. With the package comes ocean waves and surf very life like.. There is also tall beach grass that can add as i did at the borders of the beach ends. Coral rock is also included and is also well designed and makes the over all appearence amazing. There is also a surf sound that comes within the package.
This is a must for anyone that wants a realistic beach on their property. For what is included in the package the price of L$1,800 is well worth it. This is not a bunch of textures its looks like the real deal. Such a great product thank you !!!!
